RETURNS
Only eligible 14 days after delivery. To resolve getting defective items, fill out the “Contract Us” page. We will promptly respond to your email address, noting the day it was sent, and request photos of any defects or shipping damage to your product. From there, we will send you a replacement free of charge. No need to ship back the defective product. Limit of one free replacement per initial defective item. Once photos are confirmed, the shipping time of the replacement item is estimated to be the same as the initial one, based on location.
